What are you passionate about in your role?
- Bringing together a great team where everyone complements each other and creating the right environment for people to thrive. I love to see staff growing and developing their skillsets and having fun while they are working
How do you relate to clients?
- It is about being helpful by answering questions and solving problems quickly and effectively. If I don’t know the answer, then I will find out. I like to make the process as stress-free and exciting for clients as possible.
What do you enjoy most about being part of RW Design?
- Working with Robin – we have such a positive working relationship that it never feels like work to me when I come into the office each day. The atmosphere is fantastic and being able to see creations come to life is amazing.
