We are a residential housing company and we have dealt with RW Design for a couple of years now. We once had our own in-house architects but found this problematic. We were recommended RW Design services, and we have had a great relationship through this time. RW Design are very professional and accommodating. They are very easy to deal with and their response time is excellent. Their knowledge base is very high and have a very good understanding of delivering details that work and can be understood.

They have a good relationship with all the councils we deal with, especially the Selwyn council which we have a been credited a professional partnership. This partnership can only be achieved by having all the correct information at the consenting stage. Our collaboration for projects is an easy process and is on a level that achieves excellent results for our clients and ourselves. We contacted Robin after a recommendation from another architect. It turned out to be the best thing ever for us. The very first design was two storey. On sighting the first draft, it was almost perfect. Robin is a great listener, who interprets our specific design wishes and is always enpointe.

We have built five houses with Robin White. They have been architecturally diverse, with some difficult roof lines, unique spaces that have all been wonderful to live in. Robin has always crafted the specific designs that we wished to achieve. In fact he is a master of design. Easily approached and he listens, advises and will always ask the right questions to help steer you on the creation of your style choices. Communication is two way when planning, and as easy as a phone call.

Well, for us redoing a batch in a coastal hazard zone, they made life very easy. They knew how to handle ECAN and with recommendations of what we could and couldn’t do. If you did it yourself you’d be in for a nightmare. They have got the expertise. We partially knew what we wanted, and Robin had a fairly good grip of what we wanted to try and do. It was great that he came and had a look at the site before he started drawing things. Robin did a freehand sketch of the place before he got down to detail. Which was great to get an idea as often thing get changed before an exact design is required.
